At Lip Service, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new look. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
